Man rescued from Wybung National Park

A 50-year-old man was rescued from Wybung National Park, Lake Munmorah, on June 30.
The man, who has a medical condition, was on a bushwalk and concerns were raised when he did not return.
NSW Police and other emergency services commenced a search of the park with assistance from the Toll Rescue Helicopter and Pol Air.
The man was located on a ledge and air lifted to Birdie Beach carpark where he was placed in the care of NSW Ambulance Paramedics.
