A 26-year-old man was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious condition after a machinery accident at Somersbys Borg Manufacturing Warehouse on August 29.
Its understood the mans arm became trapped in a piece of machinery. It took emergency services an hour to free him. A SafeWork investigation is underway.
